Applications for the 2026 NYCU International Scholarship for the Spring Semester are currently being accepted by Taiwan’s National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University (NYCU). International students enrolled in NYCU’s undergraduate, graduate, or doctoral programs are eligible to apply for this grant.

In addition to a tuition remission, successful applicants for the 2026 Spring intake (award period: March 2026 - February 2027) would receive a monthly stipend of up to NT$30,000.

With the help of its exclusive foreign Student Scholarship Guidelines, NYCU has launched this scholarship program to draw in outstanding foreign students.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Available to new students without any other government grants or scholarships
  • The relevant academic departments will assess the applications.
  • Students must maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0 (undergraduate) or 3.5 (graduate) in order to have their scholarship renewed.
  • English language proficiency is necessary.
  • Candidates must submit transcripts of all prior coursework.

Reward: Full Scholarship | $11,000 Stipend/Yr
