Three Priority Pillars
The Fund seeks organizations whose work meaningfully connects across all three areas:
- Women’s health, safety and resilience - health, safety, livelihoods, financial security, leadership, mobility, and thriving in communities and workplaces
- Community-led climate adaptation - preparing for and responding to heat, flooding, drought, storms, and changing weather
- Connection to global value chains - women workers and/or communities linked to export-oriented production and workplaces
Benefits
- $15,000 - $50,000 USD flexible, unrestricted funding over two years
- Freedom to strengthen programmes, capacity, and climate adaptation response
- Access to the Resilience Fund Learning Hub (peer learning with other grantees)
- About 3 - 4 virtual Learning Hub meetings over the grant period
- Application support / accessibility partners (language help in Hindi, Tamil, Bangla, Odia, Marathi, Khmer, Vietnamese)
Grant funds may not be used for microloans, election campaigns, or political lobbying.
Eligibility
- Registered, based in, and operating in Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, or Vietnam
- Formally registered NGO authorized to receive foreign funding
- Community-based, embedded in and representative of the communities served
- Women- and/or non-binary-led (e.g. woman/non-binary ED/CEO and ≥50% women/non-binary staff)
- Annual income baseline of at least ~$10,000 USD (2024/2025/2026 figures; form range up to $1,200,000)
- Experience across women’s health/safety/economic resilience, climate adaptation, and women workers in global value chains
- Previous Resilience Fund grantees may reapply if they meet current criteria
Indian applicants without FCRA: the Fund may support a prior-permission process if selected - review official guidance carefully.
Application Process
- Phase 1 (18 Sep - 12 Oct 2026): Submit basic organisational information and mission/work alignment.
- Webinar: 30 September 2026 application support session.
- Phase 2 (from end Oct 2026): Longlisted organisations invited to a fuller second application.
- Selection: Shortlisting and funding decisions around December 2026 / January 2027.
