Applications are open for the Intuit IDEAS Program 2026 - a 12-month small-business accelerator that combines Intuit’s AI-driven tools and experts with community partners to help local entrepreneurs improve efficiency, earnings, and capital readiness.

Participants receive free Intuit product access and training (valued at $10,000+), coaching, networking, a personalized Growth Plan, a $1,000 technology grant, and a $5,000 completion grant. Apply by 11 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT.

2026 Programme Markets

Registered small businesses operating in these markets (typically within ~40 miles of the metro for in-person events):

  • Atlanta, GA
  • Charlotte, NC
  • Chicago, IL
  • Dallas / Fort Worth, TX
  • New York City, NY
  • Philadelphia, PA
  • San Diego, CA
  • West Virginia (entire state)

Nationwide virtual cohort: military veteran and military-spouse entrepreneurs may apply regardless of location.

Los Angeles: a separate dedicated LA cohort has its own application/interest process - check the official FAQs for the LA interest form rather than assuming the main application covers LA.

Who Should Apply

  • Registered small businesses in an eligible 2026 market (or veteran/military-spouse businesses nationwide)
  • Businesses with an active customer base and a clear desire to grow
  • Ideal: at least one year in operation; smaller teams of about 1 - 9 employees often perform best
  • Application must be submitted in English
  • One application per entrepreneur per cycle

Not eligible (examples): current Intuit employees/contractors/experts; nonprofits; C Corporations (at this time); businesses with foreign bank accounts, multi-currency/crypto accounts, or other QuickBooks incompatibilities listed in the official FAQs.

Application & Acceptance Phases

  2. Review programme benefits and QuickBooks onboarding expectations.
  3. Submit the official application in English before 11 September 2026, 11:59 p.m. PT.
  4. If conditionally accepted, complete QuickBooks onboarding to secure final acceptance.

When is the deadline?

11 September 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT. Late submissions are not accepted.

How much are the grants?

A $1,000 technology grant and a $5,000 grant upon successful programme completion.

Do I already need to use Intuit products?

No. Selected entrepreneurs receive free product access and training; final acceptance depends in part on completing QuickBooks onboarding.

Is the programme fully remote?

Mainly virtual, with in-person events in programme metro areas (military cohort is virtual nationwide).

Can nonprofits or C Corps apply?

Nonprofits are not eligible. C Corporations are not eligible at this time.

What if I am not selected?

You may reapply in future cycles.

  • OR military veteran / military-spouse entrepreneur (nationwide virtual cohort)
  • Active customer base and desire to grow; ideally 1+ year in operation
  • Application in English; one application per entrepreneur per cycle
  • Not eligible: Intuit employees/contractors/experts, nonprofits, C Corporations (current rules)
  • Must be able to complete QuickBooks onboarding for final acceptance
  • No foreign bank accounts / crypto / multi-currency setups incompatible with programme resources
